We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Therefore, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind) will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
- Products must not be damaged, used, or altered to qualify for a return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact admin@aterrizadondequieras.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Await confirmation with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Within Spain & Europe: €6.99 – €9.99 (depending on package weight).
However, if the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or legal reasons:
- Personal care or intimate-use travel items (e.g., travel pillows, reusable water bottles, face masks).
- Electronic accessories if opened or used.
- Personalized/customized products or final sale items.
Refund Processing Time:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days.
